What is Artogone?
ARTOGONE is a marketplace that showcases the work of professional artists from here and abroad, which through its actions allows them to reach an international audience.
Via its website, you have access to artworks that are still in the artists’ studios, before being shown in the galleries.
I am an artist and I would like to show my work on Artogone, is it possible?
Only artists meeting our selection criteria can sell on Artogone. You will find the application form by clicking on “Artists Sign Up” button and join as an artist. Our curatorial committee will contact you afterwards to give you the complete procedure.
A fee of 15$ will be charged for the review of your portfolio. We will respond to all requests for portfolio submissions.
Artogone reserves the right to refuse any application that does not meet its expectations.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 1-7 business days.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included. You can then click the link in the e-mail and enter the tracking number to see at what stage your parcel is at in the shipping process.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Estimated Time for delivery:
USA and Canada = 1 – 3 weeks
Other countries = 1 – 6 weeks
What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to contact us within 2 business days of receiving your package, to plan the return of the work and to obtain your refund: art@artogone.com.
Artwork returned must be packaged in the same container as it was shipped.
All artwork returned for exchange must be received undamaged.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser. We will refund upon receipt of the returned work and after verification of its condition.

To change or cancel an order, you must contact us before you receive email confirmation that your order has shipped.

Are my purchases on www.artogone.com secure?
Yes, absolutely. The www.artogone.com website is hosted on an SSL secure server, meaning that all the data you send us online is encrypted and fully protected. Even if you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card number for each purchase. As an additional security measure, no confidential data is stored on our server.
